Mike Connors (born Krikor Ohanian in 1925, Fresno, California) is a Golden Globe-winning actor who has appeared in numerous feature films and television series.
After serving in the US Air Force during World War II, Connors attended UCLA on a basketball scholarship, but soon shifted his focus to acting and launched what would become a prolific career in television and cinema.
Connors is best known for playing detective Joe Mannix in the long-running television series Mannix. His television work also includes the series Tightrope, Today’s FBI, and War and Remembrance, among many others.
Connors’ feature-film credits include Five Guns West and Cecil B. DeMille’s The Ten Commandments.
