Bio
Alice Altoon was a highly regarded judge at the Los Angeles County Superior Court, having served with distinction for 20 years.
With a degree in art from UCLA and a Juris Doctor from USC, Altoon served as a deputy attorney general in Los Angeles from 1980 to 1987, when she was appointed to the Municipal Court bench. She served most of her career on the bench as a criminal trial judge, but transferred to the Civil Court in 2005, sitting at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in downtown Los Angeles.
Altoon retired in 2007.
