Born in 1954 in Armenia, Sev has been active in the art world since 1985. He began exhibiting his work in the streets of Yerevan in 1986, later joining his first semi-official exhibition that same year alongside Kiki (Grigor Mikayelyan), Pop Edo (Eduard Enfiajian), Armen Hajian (Roch), and Hyper Edo (Eduard Mouradian).

Over the years, Sev has participated in more than 100 exhibitions across Armenia, Russia, Lithuania, Estonia, Germany, France, Colombia, and the United States. His works can be found in private collections and several museums worldwide, including:
