Mikaella Mikaelian is an artist, dancer, and fashion jewelry designer. Born in Yerevan, Armenia, she began her artistic journey at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy and later graduated from the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet in St. Petersburg in 1982. And the same year she joined the Armenian National Opera as a ballet artist. In 1987, she was invited to join the Armenian State Dance Ensemble “Barekamutyun” as a soloist.

In 1994, Mikaella moved to the United States, where she advanced her career as a dancer, choreographer, and dance instructor, while also organizing concerts, festivals, and other cultural events.

In 2006, Mikaella discovered her passion for fashion jewelry design, creating exclusive, custom-made pieces. From 2010 to 2013, she was invited to Moscow to join the “Estet” Jewelry House as a designer and production manager for high-end, handcrafted fashion jewelry. Her exquisite works were presented at various events, fashion shows, and exhibitions.

In 2020, Mikaella found a new creative calling in painting, incorporating mixed media techniques into her works. In 2022 and 2023, she organized private viewing events to showcase her paintings. She also presented her works at the 2023 and 2024 Art Expo in Yerevan, Armenia.

Infused with warm, vibrant colors and rich textures, Mikaella’s art evokes a joyful spirit, fosters a sense of positivity, and radiates uplifting energy.
